Loving Life

So... I really haven't blogged for awhile and I'm not very good at keeping it up to date haha. BUUUUT It's a good thing that I'm not blogging as much as I used to, cuz that means i'm not sitting at home :) .... I really am living my life lately, and having fun doing it, meeting new people, doing new things..loving it all. I find myself thinking about the past 4 months, not exactly thinking "What was I thinking" but more of... "What the HELL was I thinking" hahaha. I can't believe I spent 4 months cooped up at home, not going out and having fun, waiting for a certain someone. Everyone has gotta live life, and my time is now! I hope to live like I've never lived before, and die with no regrets.

I have also been thinking about my life, and where i'm going with it. I have a lot of friends who are married, engaged, pregnant or all of the above. For awhile, I was looking at it with jealousy and envy wondering what I didn't do to get where they are today but I know my time will come. I am SOOOO excited for all my friends having babies, so many of them :) Now everytime I go shopping, I have to look at baby stuff...haha, these babies will be so spoiled and I can't wait to meet all of them. I have decided that I will start school in the Spring, probably just at UVU unless something changes and I end up moving. I SHOULD move to Salt Lake since I'm there about half or more than half of the week anyway, but...we'll see.

I hope all my friends know how much I love and appreciate them, I really wouldn't be able to make it through the day without all of you! :) Keep smiling, stay positive and ENJOY life!

Movie Review: Funny People

Not as funny as I thought it would be, I don't like movies that are serious mixed in with "funny." Really long...like two and a half hours long... dragged on a lot. Even though there were some pretty hilarious parts, I still probably wouldn't see it again.

One Month

SOOOO today Kati has officially been my roomie for a month! ahahha. Unfortunately...I have plans and she works late so we can celebrate another time, but I just love this girl and I'm so glad she lives with me!

Bedroom Makeover

SO I was getting so sick of my room, and I finally saved up the money to re-do it or give it a "makeover." I took a few days off work, and my mom came out and helped. We had so much fun!! Here are the before and after pics....

It's Already AUGUST!

WOW! Time flies... I can't believe we are already in the month of August. I have had a lot of things happen in the last month, and I'm excited for a lot of things coming.. so here we go!

What HAS happened:
-I'm single
-I hang out in SLC a LOT...
- I got a new phone (Blackberry Tour) ---love it!

What I'm looking forward to:
- Lots of commission
- Re-decorating my bedroom w/ my Mom (in progress)
- MAYBE Lake Powell
- Going to see the movie "Time Travelers Wife" with my Mom
- Summer Jam
- My friends FINALLY being done w/ summer school
- Planning my trip to Atlanta, Georgia to see AMANDA in September :))))

What I've Been Doing....

SOOO It's been awhile since I've updated my blog...so here's what's been going on in my life.

• New roomie!!!
  So Kati finally moved in, and I finally don't live alone anymore!! She is such a fun roomate, I LOVE her!! Way excited for all the fun times we have ahead of us! haha.

• Gallavin center- Downtown SLC
  So, every Thursday they have a "free concert" at the gallavin center, we never actually WATCH the concert but we usually hang out with all of our friends and meet new people. SO FUN. I would recommend it if you're in the area.

• My first bar experience...

HA. Well, I turned 21 on June 20th but I never went to bar (stupid, I know). BUT The other night I finally had my first experience, we went to Tony's in Salt Lake..and i'm not gonna lie... I had a lot of fun. haha. Don't have pics though because the girls camera we took them on, her friend accidentally deleted all of them. :(

• "White" party @ Harry Os

OKAY! Not what you think...haha everyone thought I was "racist" when I put this on my facebook. This was just a "theme" party where everyone wears White. haha :) BUT It was SO fun!! 2nd bar experience and I loved it! We rented a condo in Park City to stay at afterwards, which was a good idea- but it turns out it didn't have air conditioning!! UGH. It was about 85 degrees in there all night, we had lots of fans and a deck but it still wasn't nice enough to sleep...so I pulled an all nighter and didn't get to bed until 11am at my house.. BUT...still had a lot of fun :) more pictures will be up soon....
