What's New

So... I've been told to blog about this new guy in my life. If you don't have facebook, or I'm not your friend on facebook- this is the latest. "Jessica Hatch is now in a relationship with Joshua Hatch." haha yes, we have the same last name. It's actually a pretty interesting story, but we have done our research and we KNOW are NOT related :) Anyway, this is us.....

TOMS

So.... these are MY FAVORITE shoes right now. They are sold at a lot of places, but I get mine at "Shi- by Journeys." The coolest thing about these shoes is that when you buy a pair- Toms donates a pair to a child who doesn't have any so you can't feel bad about shopping! haha They are the most comfortable shoe, and they are super cute w/ skinny jeans, shorts, capris...etc. LOVE them. Breakfast Time!

So... I don't have a name for this, it was an experimental breakfast I created @ Josh's house this morning but it turned out GREAT so I thought i'd share it. The picture does no justice- I'm not good at photographing food. Anyway, here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
Eggs
Bacon
Avacado
Salsa
Fresh Parmesan
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Garlic powder
Basil
Milk
Salt & Pepper

So first pre-heat the oven at 375 degrees. Cook 4 pieces of bacon, and then chop up into little pieces. In a small bowl mix together 4-6 eggs and a little bit of milk along with the a little salt & pepper, and garlic powder. Spray a bread pan with non-stick spray and pour egg mixture into bottom. Throw in bacon pieces, and cover with basil and cheddar cheese. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. When finished, slice fresh avacado on top and sprinkle fresh parmesan over that :) Serve w/ salsa, or hot sauce.

Never thought...

I haven't blogged in a really long time and so many things are different that I figured I'd find a way to post it all.

• I never thought I'd leave Verizon
• I never thought my shopping problem was "bad"
• I never thought I'd lose one of my best friends to a guy
• I never thought I'd end up in Sandy
• I never thought my best friend/ my favorite person would be him
• I never thought I'd see my ex boyfriend & brother- in prison. together.
• I never thought I'd get over him
• I never thought I'd miss someone after being with them for longer than 24hrs
• I never thought I'd make a career out of Retail
• I never thought I'd own jeans that cost more than $70
• I never thought I'd like sushi vegas rolls
• I never thought I'd date a guy that made me step out of my comfort zone
• I never thought 3 of my best friends would get pregnant/married before me
• I never thought I'd let a guy close to my heart ever again
• I never thought my metabolism would catch up to me and I couldn't eat whatever I want
• I never thought I'd stop dancing
• I never thought I'd keep my room clean
• I never thought I'd be this happy....and it'd all be real :)

Thats all! Sorry for those of you who follow me- I've been pretty boring lately and not keeping you up to date. Who am I kidding? No one follows a single girl, with a boring life ;) just you wait- i'll have the coolest blog ever....soon :)

So I just realized it's been awhile since i've blogged, so I thought i'd catch everyone up on whats new with my life.

1. My last day w/ Verizon is on Saturday
2. I start my new job @ The Buckle August 2nd as a Manager in Training :)
3. I went and visited my brother and his family in Bozeman, Montana
4. I've seen Inception (AMAZING), listened to Drake's new album and re-watched FRIENDS episodes.
5. I have a new phone- Motorola DROID X.....and I love it.

That's pretty much it, kind of boring... but.... ya know. haha.

Another Movie...

Man, I have been to way too many movies lately! haha. Josh & I went to this the other day, and we didn't stop laughing! Such a cute movie , and I'm a huge fan of Pixar films so that helps. If you have kids, or if you're just a kid at heart go watch it! I wouldn't mind seeing it again... *hint hint*
